Your first expedition

Your first steps in Hearthmere, the controls that matter, and a few lessons worth learning before the wilderness teaches them.

Your journey starts in the browser.

Open the game, sign in, create your character and choose a vocation. You can keep up to six online characters on your account.

01

Meet the people of Hearthmere.

Find Mira for your first contract, The Southern Road. Visit Bran for supplies and equipment. Take a moment to learn the sanctuary before heading out.

02

Make the southern road your first.

The Amberfields are your first recommended hunting grounds, at levels 1–3. Mira asks you to defeat four Wild Boars and bring word back.

03

Learn when to turn back.

Creatures can block your escape. Keep a route clear, watch attack warnings and save a flask for trouble. Both flask types share a 30-second recovery.

Every strike has weight.

Your base weapon attack takes 2.4 seconds. Offensive techniques replace an attack in that rhythm. Moving before impact cancels the strike; normal recovery still applies. Opening a menu does not pause danger.

Danger is the boundary.

Regions are not locked behind a required level. A low-level traveller can reach places they cannot survive. Level recommendations help you judge the risk.

Read the creature, then the fight.

Hover a creature to inspect its level, strength and danger. The journal records discoveries. Learn when to leave poison, cross a charge or interrupt a healer.

PROVISIONS & PROGRESS

Make Hearthmere your haven.

Trade at the Auction House.

Press H or open Market to browse player listings from anywhere. Return to Hearthmere, stand still and leave combat before listing, buying, cancelling or collecting. Prices are fixed in gold. Listing is free, with a 5% fee on completed sales and up to 12 active listings per character.

Spend stamina wisely.

Hold Shift to move 45% faster. Your 100 stamina drains by 22 per second while sprinting. Recovery begins after 2.5 seconds at 8 per second; exhaustion requires 20 stamina before another sprint. Sprinting grants no invulnerability.

Gathering takes time. Choose a safe moment to harvest resources, and visit crafting stations to turn materials into supplies.

This website uses the published Tiborn/Alderfall game snapshot from 6 September 2026 (release 13): its game catalogue, map definitions, region links and talent paths. Controls and development news also incorporate published updates 14 and 15. The website is a companion guide; it is not a live player or server-status dashboard.

The codex contains 58 creatures, 384 catalogue items and 12 contracts from that release. Individual quality rolls, affixes and later game updates can change what you encounter. The game remains authoritative for your character and equipment.

Landscape artwork and vocation portraits are original AI-generated concept illustrations, not screenshots or promises about the game’s graphics. Equipment thumbnails come from the project’s existing inventory assets. The game itself uses original 3D models.

Tiborn is an independent project and a working title. It is not affiliated with CipSoft and does not use Tibia game files, maps, sprites or characters.
