Signing in
Sign-in with ChatGPT provides Tiborn with a site-specific account identifier and an email address. The sign-in provider may also supply a display name. We use your identifier to associate your profile, journal and payment entitlements with your account. Tiborn does not receive your ChatGPT conversations or password.
Your profile and journal
The website stores your chosen traveller name, introduction, vocation portrait, appearance choices and journal text. These are private to your account. You can edit them, download a copy or clear them from the “Your data” section of your account.
Payments
Stripe processes payments and stores payment methods. Tiborn stores the Stripe customer reference, subscription status and purchase records needed to provide your cosmetics, handle cancellations and respond to refunds or payment disputes. Your email is shared with Stripe when you begin checkout. Tiborn does not store card numbers.
Clearing data
Clearing your profile removes its saved content. It does not cancel an active subscription, remove your purchases or erase payment records. Cancel recurring payments through the billing link in your account first if you no longer want to subscribe. Payment records may need to remain for accounting and dispute handling.
Website and game accounts
The website and game use separate account records. Clearing your website profile does not affect game characters or saves. The website does not currently import your character or game inventory.
Service providers
This website uses OpenAI Sites for hosting and sign-in, Cloudflare infrastructure for its account storage, and Stripe for payments. These providers process the data needed to operate their services. Sign-in uses session cookies; the website does not add advertising trackers.
